About Me

Aside from being an avid gamer myself, I’ve been working in the video game, content and live streaming, and influencer industries for the past 8 years. I fully understand the unique challenges faced by those who live and work in this incredible, thriving industry. The company I helped found and run for 7 years, GameWisp, helped video game content creators earn a sustainable living from their fans. Through working with gamers, influencers, content creators, game developers, and publishers, I’ve learned the industry from a number of different viewpoints, and brings that expertise to his work with his clients.

I graduated top of my class from South Texas College of Law in 2011. While in law school, I earned a Transactional Law Certificate and was a member of the South Texas Law Review where my comment on the first sale doctrine was published. I also participated in several national moot court tournaments, and afterward coached multiple teams to national finals. After law school, I had the honor of clerking for the Honorable Justice Eva Guzman of the Supreme Court of Texas. I have spent my career working in various aspects of entertainment law, specifically intellectual property and technology licensing.
